The All in One Brinkmann Smoker Grill is one of the most versatile
grilling machines around. It is designed to be either LP gas water smoker, gas grill, charcoal water smoker,
charcoal grill or a 160,000 BTU gas cooker. The grill can handle up to 50 pounds of food and has 2 cast
iron grills. Their is a heat gauge on the inside of the dome lid that allows for perfect cooking
temperatures. The whole body of the Brinkmann Gas Grill Smoker, including the stand and dome
lid is made of stainless steel which makes it very easy to clean, not to mention it is rust resistatn.
Although the LP gas tank and pot are not included the drip pan/ash guard, procelain enamel water pan, lava
rocks, high pressure gas hose and regulator are. Lastly, the wooden handles protect you from the heat.
Brinkmann Smoker Grill Grilling Tips
- Always use a protein thermometer to make sure the meat has been cooked to the proper temperature. You can
order one from Brinkmann.
- If you choose to pre-cook your meat make sure to do it just prior to grilling.
- Never use the same utensils that were used to handle raw seafood or protein. Make sure to wash them
thoroughly before handling cooked food.
- Never reuse the marinade you used on your raw food on your grilled food. Make a new batch to avoid
salmonila.
- Never use the same platter or dishes that were used for your raw proteins for your cooked food.
- Never defrost your meat at room temperature or on a countertop because the bacteria will inevitably
spread.
- Lastly, always wash your hands after handling raw proteins.
Brinkmann Smoker Grill Proper Care & Maintenance
- To keep your Brinkmann Smoker Grill from rusting keep it clean and covered at all times when not in
use.
- Wash the grills and heat shields with hot soapy water then lightly coat the grill with a light vegetable
oil.
- Clean inside and outside of the smoker grill with a damp cloth then apply a light vegetable oil on the
interior to prevent rusting.
- If rust appears on the outside of the grill use steel wool gently to get it off then touch up the spot with
a high temperature resistant paint.
- Never paint anywhere on the interior of the Brinkmann smoker grill.
