Grill
The Brinkmann Pro Series Gas Grill has three cast iron 15,000 BTU burners
with 494 square inches of grilling space. The whole grill is beautifully constructed of stainless
steel and aluminum with porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates for a long cooking life. There is a built
in ice bucket, storage drawer a long with a propane tank storage area.
The grill boasts a stainless steel, double lined hood insert with aluminum die cast end caps and chrome steel
handle along with stainless steel cart doors with storage rack on left door and control panel with electronic
ignition. There are also stainless steel side burners. Also includes a 14,000 BTU rotisserie burner and
rotisserie set.
Lastly the Brinkmann pro series gas grill includes a cover to protect it from the elements. Its
dimensions are 58.25" L x 24.75" W x 50.5" H (set up), weight: 236 lbs. Warranty: Lifetime on stainless steel
and die cast parts, 1-year on all remaining parts. Ignite the grill with just a push of the button. Heat distribution is rather even as I
found out that cold spots are none or very minor. Although most grills would rust very fast due to the price,
ProSeries keeps up pretty well, sitting outside only with a thin cover. It comes with cooking tool
hangers on the side which adds to the ease of use having your utensils near by. The gas grill heat up
within 10 minutes which makes getting the food to the table for your hungry guests a lot
quicker.
You will need to assemble the Brinkmann pro series gas grill yourself which some people
have said takes up to about 2 hours but generally the consensus said it is not the difficult to do. It
is a very affordable grill and if maintained well should be able to last a good 3-5 years and it is
considered a reasonable deal for what its worth.
