Brinkmann Gas Grill - 5 Burner
The Brinkmann 5 Burner Gas Grill boasts a large grilling area of
approximately 615 square inches with a total cooking area of around 750 square inches due to its fold down side
tables. As the name of it indicates it has 5 stainless steel 1,000 BTU tubular burners with a 55,000 BTU maximum
output. The cooking grates themselves are made of porcelain coated cast iron like all Brinkmann gas grills.
The complete body of the grill is constructed of procelain coated steel and 430 stainless steel which makes it
very durable and weather resistant, although a BBQ cover would still be a wise decision especially if you live in a
wet or snowy area. It has Piezo electric igniters with a back mounted crossover ignition for ease of use.
The feature that stands out with the Brinkmann 5 burner gas grill is that it has a small 1.6 cubic
foot electric refrigerator in the grilling cabinet. The fridge makes ice and is a great place to store your
pre-cooked proteins and vegetables while prepping for your meal. It also has a mini ice tray. A great addition to
your grilling experience over all. The only thing is that the back of the grill is actually the back of the fridge
so you would be wise to keep it directed away from sunlight.
Although there is room for a rotisserie grill and has the attachments necessary for it, the rotisserie grill is
actually sold seperatly, but would be a nice feature to have.
Brinkmann Gas Grill 5 Burner Customer ReviewsAug 25, 2007 by Hans

Great if You are Looking for Additional Features,
This is a large (617 square inch primary cooking area) 5-burner grill. It is a little low in the BTUs and lacks
the construction and component quality of similarly priced gas grills. What is does offer, as its only extra is a
1.6 cubic foot electric outdoor refrigerator. Now you can spend a lot of money on outdoor refrigerators that can
take the extreme temperature ranges or you can spend as little as $160USD for one that may give you trouble down
the road. At a retail price around $500USD for this grill you can probably guess what kind of refrigerator
Brinkmann used. If this is a must have feature for you, then you might want to look at this grill, but don't expect
it to last long.
The refrigerator in this grill is simply set inside the grill cabinet. The refrigerator door is bolted to the
cabinet door. There is no back on this grill so the back of the refrigerator is the back of the grill. You will
need to keep the back of the grill turned away from direct sunlight and protect it from the elements as best as you
can. This refrigerator is a full feature mini-fridge with a tiny ice box and a mini ice tray included.
The grill features 5 stainless steel burners that are thin. This is definitely a grill that needs to be cleaned
regularly and taken care of to get more than a few years of service out of.
